3938 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3938 AN ORDINANCE making an apTropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Uommissioners of the City of Salina., Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of X9,546.77 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasur- y for the payment of 65" of Estimate No. 2, Job 45, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sewers No. 17 and 18, under contract dated April 7, 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 120 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent per annum.
