3937 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3937 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Conmlissi^hers of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of 4852.13 be and the same is hereby appropriated to R. C. Snyder from the Special Sever Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85i� of Estimate Number 1, Job No. 583, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Lateral Sanitary SeIrers No. 147 and 160, under contract dated July 14th, 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 90 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (4z%) per annum. Snyder from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of Estimate Number 1, Job No. 58, for materials furnished and labor per- formed in the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers No. 147 and 160, under contract dated July 14th, 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 9O__-1' days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (4 -ll,') per annum.
