AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3895, relating to the
parking of bussess.
BE IT ORDAINED biT the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. '-Uhat Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3895 be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That there be and there is hereby established on the
south side of Ash Street in the City of Salina, from the east line of
the alley running north and south between Seventh Streeth and Santa Fe
Avenue, to a point 42 feet east of the east line of said alley, a parking
sone for busses and stages, and it shall be unlawful for any vehicle
except busses or stages duly licensed as such by the Public Service
Com.-iission of the State of Kansas or interstate busses not requiring
such license to park or stand in such zone."
Section 2. That original Section 1 of Ordirance No. 3895 be and
it is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its publication in the official city paper.

An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3895 ,, relating
to the parking of busses.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
SECTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No.3895 be and the
same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. Thal these be and there is hereby established on
the south side of hsh`'St ree$ ki- , the City of Salina, from the east
line of the alley running nditb arf4.,south between Seven :_Itreet
and Santa Fe Avenue, to a point 4PA feast of the A.A" line of
said alley, a parking zone for bussed stages, and it shall be
unlawful for any vehicle except busses or stages duly licensed
as such by the Public Service Commission of the State,of Kansas
or interstate busses not requiring such license to park or stand
in such zone."
SECTION 2. That original Section 1 of a No. 3895 be and
it is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be if_orce from
