3925 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3925 AN ORDINiiNCE mal¢ing an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. '11hat the sum of $66.70 be and the same is hereby appropriated to R. C. Snyder from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of balance due on rinal Estimate for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Lateral Sanitary Sewers No. 153 and 157, under contract dated March 17, 1930. Section 2. shat a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance , said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 60 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (41%) per annum.
