AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. '2hat the sum of $6,920.56 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company for the payment
of Final Estimate for materials furnished and labor performed in
the construction of Ash Street Sewer Repair, prior to July lst' 1930
under contract dated December 9, 1929.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the payment of the
claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
