AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comr:,issioners of the Cite of Salina.,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $21,204.75 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special
Paving Fund in the �;ity Treasury for the payment of rinal Estimate
for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of
paving improvements on Santa Fe Avenue from Lincoln Avenue to Otis
Avenue, under contract dated April 7, 1930.
Section 2. ghat a Tem-lorary I'lote of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before
60 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and
one-half per cent (4--215) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 021,204.75 be and the same
is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company
from the Special paving Fund in the City Treasury for the
payment of Final Estimate for materials furnished and labor
performed in the construction of paving improvements on
Santa Fe Avenue from Lincoln Avenue to Otls "venue, under
contract dated April 7, 1930.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of
Salina, Kansas be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned
in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note
to be payable on or before 6.0 days from date, and to draw
interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (42�) per
annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
