3922 Appropriationsn ORDINANCE NO. $992 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain i claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. 'That the sum of $1,950.97, be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for th, payment of i s 851/'�)' of Estimate Number 1, for material furnished and labor per- formed in the construction of Storm Sewers No. 17 and 18, prior to July lst, 1930, under contract dated April 7, 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, I Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 90 days from date, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (42) per annum.
