AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of 0onmissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $3,576.89, be and the same is
hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the Airport Fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of r'inal Estimate for materials
furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sewer
and grading improvements at Salina Municipal "irport under contract
dated Februqry 13, 1930.
Section 2. 1hat the Director of -1"inance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant in the amount of $1,685.25 in payment
of part of above mentioned inal Estimate, and that a Temporary Note
in the amount of $1891. 64 be issued for the payment of balance of
claim mentioned in Secticn One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary
Note to be payable on or before February 1st, 1931 from date and to
draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (41%) per

annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of a

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 03,576.89 be and the
same is hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the Airport
Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate for
materials furnithed and labor performed in the construction of
Storm Sewer and grading improvements at Salina Municipal Airport
under contract dated February 13, 1930.
Section 2,That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant in the amount of $1,685.25
in payment of part
of above mentioned Final Estimate,and
that
a Temporary Note in
the amount of $1891.64 be issued
for
the
payment of balance of claim mentioned in Section One (1) of
this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before
r eb 1, 1931
days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and
one-half per cent (42o) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
