3919 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3919 AN ORDINANCE mai�:ing an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section. 1. That the sum of $48,001.61 be and the same is hereby appropriated to L. W. Rexroad from the '4pecial Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of Estimate Number 3, for material furnished and labor performed in the construction of paving improvements prior to July 1st, 1930, under contract dated April 7, 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, ''ansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 60 days from date, and to dray interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (42%) per annum.
