3918 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3918 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the `'ity of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $2496.38 be and the same is hereby appropriated to L. ". Rexroad for the payment of Estimate Number 1, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of paving improvements on Third Street from Iron Avenue south to the Smoky Hill niver, prior to July lst, 1930, under contract dated May 5, 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or bef®re 60 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent (41) per annum.
