3939 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 3939 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE I'T ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $605.90 be and the same is hereby appropriated to C. B. Briscoe from the Sidewalk Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of 85% of Estimate Number 1, Job No. 56, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of concrete sidewalks, under contract dated July 14, 1930. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentionec' in Section 1 of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before January 15th, 1931, and to draw interest at the rate of four and one- half per cent (420) per annum.
