4378 AppropriationsORDI"ANCE N0, 4378 x_83. AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain monies from the Administration and Finance Department of the General Fund to the City Court Department of the General Fund. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and transferred from the Administration and Finance department in the General Fund of the City of Salina to the City Court Depart- ment in the General Fund of the City of Salina the sum of $1785.27 for the purpose of taking up the deficit which existed in the City Court Department of the General Fund on that date. Section 2. That the City Clerk and the City Treasurer of the City of Salina are hereby authorized and directed to make the transfer authorized by Section 1 of this ordinance and to make proper entries upon their books as may be necessary to transfer the funds above designated as specified in Section 1 hereof.
