AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $31,212.99 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Bonds and Coupons .fund in the
City Treasury for the payment of the following claims:
T. B. Boyd, State Treasurer, Bonds & Interest due August
1st, 1933 (School Fund) 17,800.00
T. B. Boyd, State Treasurer Bonds, Interest & Com-
& Kansas Fiscal Agent mission due August 1,
193313,412.99
Total - - - •• $ 31,212.99
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
#ereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City
Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims
mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
