AN CRDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. mat the sum of $2, 167.43 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special
Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate,
for furnishing all materials, supervision, tools, equipment and
supplies in the construction of Storm Sewer No. 11-A, under con-
tract dated May 9th, 1933,
Section 2. That a 'temporary Note of the City of Salina,
Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance, said TempoaryNote to ",e payable on nr
before. 6.0 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four
(4%) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of
a certain claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board, of Commissioners of the City
of talina, Kansas:

Section 1. That the sum. of $20167.43 be and
the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction
Company from the Special Seger Fund in the City Treasury for
the payment of Final Estimate, for furnishing all materials,
supervision, tools, equipment and supplies in the construction
of Storm Sewer No. 11-A, under contract dated May 9th, 1933.
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of
Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim men-
tioned in Section Une (11 of this ordinance,said Temporary
Note to be payable on or before 60 days from date and to
draw interest at the rate of four (4%) per cent per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
