AN ORDINANCE providing for and authorizen$ the appropriation and trans-
fer of certain amounts from the Funding Bond Account of the Gen-
eral Fund to certain other sub -divisions or departments of the
General and Special Funds.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and
transferred from the departments or subdivisions of the General Fund
designated as the Funding Bond Account, to the following subdividions
or departments of the General and the Special Funds for the purpose
of adjusting deficits occurring in such subdivisions in the General
and the Special Funds as of April 30th, 1933, the following amount,
to -unit:
To
the
General
Improvement Fund
1617.31
To
the
Paving
Intersection Fund
9911.56
To
the
special
Assessment Fund
48771.68
aggregating a total sum of $60,300.55, and the City Treasurer and
City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to make the proper
entries in the books as of June 30th, 1933, transferring said amounts
as hereinabove provided for.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE providing for and authorising the appropriation
and transfer of certain amounts from the Funding Bond
Account of the General Fund to certain other sub -divisions
or departments of the General and Special Fonds.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salinas Kansas:
Section 1, That there be and there is hereby appropriated
and transferred from the departments or subdivisions of the
General Fund designated as the Funding Bond Account, to the
following subdivisions or departments of the General and
the Special Funds for the purpose of adjusting deficits
occurring in such subdivisions in the General and the Spatial
Funds as of April 30th, 1933, the following amount, to -wit:
To the General improvement Fund $ 1617.31
to the Paving Intersection Fund 9911.56
To the Special Assessment Fund 48771.68
aggregating a total sum of $60,300.55, and the City Treasurer
and City Clerk are hereby authorized.and directed to make the
proper entries in the books as of June 30th* 19330 transferring
said amounts as hereinabove provided for.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
