ORDINANCE NO. 4282
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $8,027.64 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Bonds & Coupons Fund in the City
Treasury for the payment of the following claims:
T. B. Boyd, State Treasurer & Bonds, Interest & Com -
Kansas Fiscal Agent mission due July 1, 1933 $6915.14
T. B. Boyd, State Treasurer Bonds & Interest due
July 1, 1933 (School Fund) 111_ 2.50
Total - - - - $ 8,027.64
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned
in Section One (1) hereof.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
