4272 Appropriations-4-2 ORDINANCE NO. 4272 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commis-ioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of X1124.58 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sewer fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 1, for furnishing all materials, supervision, tools, equipment and supplies in the construction of Storm Sever No. 11-A, prior to June 1st, 1933, under contract dated May 9th, 1933. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 60 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four I (4/) per cent per annum.
