4270 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 4270 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: i Secti^n 1. That the sum of $56.47 be and the same is hereby I appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Comrany from the Special Waving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate for furnishing all materials, supervision, tools, equipment and supplies in the construction of pairing improvements under contract dated April 11, 1933. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be pavahle on or before 60 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four (0 ) per cent per annum.
