AN ORDINtINCE making an appropriation for the pa�m!ent of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina
Kansas: ,
Section 1. That the sum of 46,500.90 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the later Works Fund in the Cit -%,r Treasury for the
payment of the following claims:
H. J. Taylor Construction Company
Cost of repaving of a strip
9 feet in width on Santa Fe
Avenue from Walnut Street to
Elm Street and on Ash Steeet
from Seventh St. to Santa Fe
Avenue $ 6500.90
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance stall take effect and be in force
from anc' after its passage.
