4267 Appropriations41) ` ORDINtNCE NO. 4267 AN ORDINbNCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDtsINED by the Board of Commissioners of the of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of X11,237.34 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. TalTlor Construction Company from the Special Faving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate for furnishing all materials, supervision, tools, equipment and supplies in the construction of paving improvements under con- tract dated March 1st, 1933, less the amount to be paid by the ?"ater Works Department. Section 2. That a tem-,:orary note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Tempovary Note to be payable on or before 60 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four 4 o per cent per annum.
