AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the pavmen.t of certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $1,440.81 be and. the same is
hereby appropriated out of the various funds in the Citv Treasury
for the payment of miscellaneous claims, showing to whom, and for
vvhat purpose the claims is paid.

GENERAL IMPROVEMENT FUND

EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND
Chas. E. Banker, City Clerk Cash paid out for Cit
labor (Federal Relief 1,352.20
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
