AN ORDINANCE amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3317 as amended
by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3336 relating to and regulat-
ing the parking of vehicles -on certain streets in the City
of Salina and providing a penalty for the violation of such
ordinance, and repealing said original section as amended.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3317 as amended
by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3336 be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 4. Any person who shall violate any of the pro-
visions of this ordinance, or who shall cause, permit or direct
the violation thereof by any person, or who shall cause, permit
or direct any vehicle owned by hi- or in his crstody or charge or
control to be parked in violation of this ordinance shall be deemed
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in any
sum not less than $1.00 nor more than $10.00 for each offense."
Section 2. That said original Section 1 of Ordinance No.
3336 amending Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3317 be and the same is
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect from and after
its publication in the official city paper.
