4257 AppropriationsC2 ORDINANCE NO. 4257 A N ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain i claim. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of X279.17 be and the same is here- by appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate No. 1 for furnishing all materials, supervision, tools, equipment and supplies in the construction of paving impr-vements prior to May lst, 1933, under contract dated April 11, 1933. Secti^n 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before ninety days from the date and to draw interest at the rate of four (40) per cent per annum.
