ORDINANCE N 0. 4254
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINTED by the Board of Commissi-ners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of X2,085.55 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the various funds in the City Treasury
for the payment of miscellaneous claims, showing to whom, and for
ghat purpose the claim is paid.
GENERAL IP•IPROVEMENT FUND
Chas. E. Banker, City Clerk, Cash paid out for County
labor (Federal Relief) 52.20
EMERGENCY RELIEF FUND
Chas. E. Banker, City Clerk, Cash paid out for City
labor (Federal Relief) $ 29033.35 r
Soction 2. That the Director of Finance be and I,e is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the clai s mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and he inf orce
from and after its passage.
