BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the Citv of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $8,408.29 be and the same is j
hereby appropriated out of the various funds in the City Treasury for

the payment of miscellaneous.claims, showing to whom, and for what purpose,
the claim is paid.
