ORDINANCE NO. 4233
AN ORDINANCE providing for and authorizing the appropriation and
transfer of certain amounts from the unexpended balance account
of the General Fund to certain other subdivisions or departments
of the General Fund.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and
transferred from the departments or subdivisions of the General
Fund designated as the unexpended balance account, to the following
subdivisions or departments of the General Fund for the purpose of
adjusting deficits occurring in such subdivisions in the General
Fund as of December 31st, 1932, the following amount, to -wit:
To the City Court Fund 1706.21
To the Swimming Ppol Fund 549.33
aggregating a total sum of $2255.54 and the City Treasurer and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to make the proper entries
in the books as of January lst, 1933, transferring said amounts as
hereinabove provided for.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after its
passage.
