BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the north eleven (11) feet, three (3) inches of that portion of North Street between Fifth Street and Fourth Street In the City of Salina, Kansas, which adjoins the south side of Lot Two (2) on Fifth Street and Lot One (1) on Fourth Street in Jones Addition be and the same is hereby vacated as and for a public street or thoroughfare in said city. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its publication once in the-fficial city paper. Introduced, January 3rd, 1933 Passed, January 9th, 1933 M. A.
