AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.

E I ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the ity of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 034,431.84 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Bonds & Interest Fund in the City Treasury for
the payment of the following clairs.
T. B. Bo�id, State Treasurer & Bonds, Interest & Com -
Kansas Fiscal Agent mission due Jan. 1, 1933 034,319.34
T. B. Boyd, State Treasurer Bonds & Interest due Jan.
1st, 1933 (School Fund) _ 112.50
Total - - - - - - - - 6 34,431.84
Section That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized -to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer, payable on, but not before, January lst, 1933, in
payment of the claims mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
