ORDINANCE NUMBER 4222
AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain money from the
Unexpended Balance Account in the General Fund, to the City Clerks
Revolving Fund.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
i
Section 1. That the sum of 41,00000 is hereby appropriated and
transferred from the Unexpended Balance Account in the General Fund
of the City of Salina, to the City Clerks Revolving Fund, to be used
in the payment by the City Clerk of current expenses under the regula-
tions relating to such Revolving Fund.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:

appropriated and transferred from the Unexpended Balance Account in
the General Fund of the City of Salina, to the City Clerks Revolv-
ing Fund, to be used in the payment by the City Clerk of current
expenses under the regulations relating to such Revolving Fund.
Section,2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
