4219 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 4219 33% AN ORDIN=INCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $4,628.46 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the General Improvement Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of the following claims: H. J. Taylor Construction Final Estimate Storm Sewers Company No. 24 and No. 17-A $ 3785.66 H. J. Taylor Construction Final Estimate Lateral Company Sanitary Sewer No. 167 842.80 Total - - - - - 4628.46 Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
