AN ORDINANCE excluding certain lands from the corporate limits
of the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Garden Home Addition, a platted addition which
was taken into and included within the corporate limits of the City
of Salina, Kansas, by the provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance No.
3843 of said city be and the same is hereby excluded from the
corporate limits of said city, and that said Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 3843 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper.
