4197 AppropriatonsORDINANCE NO 4197 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $1,854.32 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Paving Fund in the City Treasury in payment of the following claims. H. J. Taylor Construction For paving improvements on North Company Street from Fifth Street to Santa Fe Avenue $ 19854.32 Section 2. That the Arector of rinance be and he is hereby i authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
