AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain
claim.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $341.46 be and the same is hereby
appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special
Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate
for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of
curb and gutter under contract dated July 15th, 1932,
Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas,
be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1)
of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before
thirty (30) days from date and to draw interest at the ate of six
per cent (6%) per annum.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
