BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of,Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Sgetion 1. That the sum of $2,681.36 be and the same is
i hereby appropriated out_.of the General Improvement blind in the City
Treasury for -the payment of the following claims
H. J. Taylor Construction Co. Repaving intersection of
Ash & Ohio; and for repaving
on.Ash.Stre.et (south side)
from.Penn.Avenue to a point
116_ feet...east_.- - - - - 4 2,681.36
Section 2. That the Director of r'inanee be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager
upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the claim -mentioned in
Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
