AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE. IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 01000448.64 be and the same is
hereby appropriated out of the Sewer Fund in the City Treasury in
payment of the following claims:
Central National Bank, Temporary Notes 2-3-5-6 and
Topeka, Kansas. interest on same $73,723.79
City of Salina, Water Temporary Note #4 and
Department- interest on same $ 20,204.74
Farmers National Bank, Temporary Note #1 and
Salina, Kansas. interest on same — 61520261 `
TOTAL - _ _ - - _ - - $ 1000448.64
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue warrants countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance,.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
