4171 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO..4171 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain c1�iS,m. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of 015,028.67 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Paving Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 1, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of curbing, guttering and paving improvements under contract dated May 31, 1932. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 90 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-fourth per cent (4-1/4%) per annum.
