AN ORDINANCE relating to the construction of storm sewers in the
City of Salina, Kansas, and declaring and designating the
entire City of Salina as one sever district for the purpose
of constructing storm sewers.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That for the purpose of constructing storm sewers
in the City of Salina and paying the cost of such construction the
entire City of Salina is hereby declared to be and is hereby designated
as one storm sewer district, and that all storm sewers heretofore
constructed by the City of Salina and including Storm Sewers numbered

1 to 23, inclusive, and specifically including Storm Sewers numbered
10-A and 14 as provided for and authorized by Ordinance No. 4114 here-
tofore adopted by the governing body of said city, be and they are
! hereby declared to be within the one storm sewer district hereby
created, no division of said city into districts for the purpose of
constructing storm sewers ever having been made by the governing body
of the City of Salina.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official city paper.
