4148 Appropriations8 y yyFFi i ORDINANCE NUb1BE'R 4148 i AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. I BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of 428,665.27 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sever Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Final Estimate, for materials furnished and labor performed in the con- struction of Storm Sewers No. 10-A and No. 14, under contract dated November 19, 1931. Section 2. That Temporary Notes of the City of Salina,Kansas, one for 410,000.00 and one for $18,665.27, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Notes to be payable on or before sixty (60) days from date and to draw interest at the rata of four and one-fourth per cent (4-1/4%) per annum.
