4144 AppropriationsORDINANCE NO. 4144 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $19,988.33 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special i Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 4, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm Sewers No. 10-A and No. 14, under contract dated November 19, 1931. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before ninety (90) days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one -fourth -per cent (4-1/4%) per annum.
