4139 AppropriationsORDINANCE NUMBER 4139 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a claim. BE IT OHDAIIVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of 4p28,435.75 be and the same is hereby apropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company for the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate No. 3, for materials furnished and labor performed in the construction of Storm So,.­ers No. 10-A and No. 14, under contract dated November 19, 1931. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be pa -able on or before 120 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-fourth per cent (4-1/4�) per annum.
