AN ORDINANCE defining a misdemeanor and providing a penalty for the
violation thereof.
BE IT ORDi;INED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter
Memorial Hall, or any theater or public place of amusement in the
City of Salina except the lobby or other portion thereof for T,n;hich
no admission fee is charged at ar.y time during :�'hich any entertainment
or performance or other attraction is being held therein for which an
admission price is charged, or at any time when any such building is
not oc en to the public, :whether such entrance is made by force or by
trick or device, or otheri,,lise, ritr_out paving the regular admission
charge or securing other lawful authority from the persons in chgrge
thereof for such entrance.
Section 2. Any person vho shall violate any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and unon
conviction thereof shall be fined not more than P10.00 for each offense.
Section 3. This ordinance shall hake effect upon its publication
in the official city paper.

the violation thereof.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners -of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person to enter
Memorial Hall, or any theater or public place of amusement in
the City of Salina except the lobby or other portion thereof
for which no admission fee is.charged at any time during which
any entertainment or performance or other attraction is being
held therein for which an admission price is charged, -or at any
time when any such building is not open to the public, whether
such entrance is made by force or by trick or device, or otherwise,
without paying the regular admission charge or securing other
lawful authority from the persona in charge thereof for such
entrance.
Section 2. Any person who shall violate any of the
provisions of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemean-
or and upon conviction thereof shall be fined not more than $$10.00
for each offense.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its
publication in the official city paper.
