AN ORDINANCE prohibiting the use of the streets in the City of
Salina or any part thereof for parking zones or loading or
unloading stations for bussess and stages and repealing
ordinances No. 3420, 3895 and 3934.
BE IT xINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,

Sectio 1. That after this ordinance takes effect, it shall
be unlawful any person copartnership or corporation, or any
agent, represen tive or employee thereof to use any of the streets
in the City of Sa a or any part or parts thereof as a parking
sone or as a loading r unloading station for busses and stages.
Section 2. That Ord nee Nol 3420, passed July 18th, 1927,
and Ordinance No. 3895 pass June 2nd, 1930 and Ordinance No. 3934
passed July 28th, 1930 relati to and setting aside certain por-
tions of Ash Street as parking z es for busses and stages be and
the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Any person, copartne"s\p or corporation, or any
agent, servant or employee thereof who 11 violate or cause or
permit the violation of any of the provis o s of this ordnance shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall fined not less than
$25.00 nor more than 4100.00 for each of`ense.

unloading stations for busses and stages and repealing

Kansas:
