4134 AppropriationsORDINANCE NUMBER 4134 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $15,707.24 be and the same is here- by appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Company from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate No. 2, for materials furnished and labor performed in construction of Storm Sewers No. 10-A and 14, under contract dated November 19, 1931. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to '-,e payable on or before 150 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and ore - fourth per cent (4-1/4�!) per annum.
