4131 Amend locations of Gas Filling StationsORDINANCE NO. 4131
AN ORDINANCE amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3482, as now amended
by Ordinance No. 3865, relating to the location of gaso-
line filling stations on certain streets in the City of
Salina, and repealing said original sections.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3482, as now amended
by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3865, be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Section 1. That it shall be unlawful hereafter to establish,
or to operate, if established, any drive-in gasoline filling station
uz)on any lots fronting upon or ad'
acent to any of the following port16ns
of the following named streets in the City of Salina, to-.vit: Santa Fe
Avenue, the west side of Fifth Street and the east side of Seventh Street',,
between Ash Street and Walnut Street; Iron Avenue, Walnut Street, and
the south side of Ash Street, between Fifth Street an d the alley west
of Seventh Street; provided, hovTever, that this ordinance shall not re-
late to or affect filling stations established and in operation at the
time this ordinance takes effect."
Section 2. That original section 1 of Ordinance No. 3482 as now
amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3865, and each of such original
sections, be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force after
its publication in the official city paper.

and the alley west of Seventh Street; provided, however, that this
ordinance shall not relate to or affect filling stations established

Section 2. That original section 1 of Ordinance No. 3482,
as now amended by Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3865, and each of such
original sections, be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
