AN OhDI1`4ANCE relating to and prohibiting the location of drive-in
gasoline filling stations on certain portions of certain streets
in the City of Salina and repealing certain ordinances.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That it shall be unlawful hereafter to establish
or operate, if establi.shed, any drive-in gasoline filling stations
i
upon any lots fronting upon or adjacent to any of the fol , ovring ortions
of the following named streets in the City of Salina, to -wit: Santa
Fe Avenue between Ash Street and ',.'alnut Street, and Iron Avenue between
Seventh Street and Fifth Street.
Section 2. That Ordinances No. 3482, 3491, 3638, 3865 and 4131,
be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force after
its publication in the of`'icial cit ;r paper.
