4129 AppropriationsiJC. ORDINANCE NUMBER 4129 AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE PA114ENT OF A CERTAIN i CLAIM. BE IT ORDAINED by the board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the sum of $6,381.50 be and the same is hereby appropriated to H. J. Taylor Construction Co-1pany from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 1, for materials furnished and labor performed in construction of Storm Sewer No. 14, Job No. 61, under contract dated November 19, 1931. Section 2. That a Temporary Note of the City of Salina, Kansas, be issued for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance, said Temporary Note to be payable on or before 180 days from date and to draw interest at the rate of four and one-fourth per cent (4-1/4%) per annum.
