4125 AppropriationsORDINANCE hO. 4125 AN ORDINANCE making an apTropriaticn for the payment of a certain claim. BE IT ORDhINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: i Section 1. That the sum of $576.06 be and the same is hereby appropriated to The Detroit Fidelity and Surety Company, assignee of R. C. Snyder, from the Special Sewer Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of Estimate Number 3 and Final Estimate, for materials furnished and labor rerformed in the construction of Storm Sewers No. 21 and 23, and -r contract dated March 2nd, 1931. Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon i the Citv Treasurer for the payment of the claim mentioned in Section i One (1) of this ordinance.
