AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, j
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 42,884.08 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Storm Sewer Fund in the City Treasury in pay-
ment of the following claims:

Ray G. Tripp Construction Company
i
Temporary Note #8, and interest on same 1,991.29 j
Temporary Note #12, and interest on same 892.79
Total - - - - - - - - 2,884.08
Section 2. That the Director of r'inance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.

An Ordinance making an appropriation for the payment of
certain claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
SALINA, KANSAS:
Section 1. That the sum of $2,884.08 be'and the "-
same is hereby appropriated out of the Storm Sewer Fund,
in the City Treasury in payment of the following claims:

Temporary Note #8, and interest on same $ 1,991.29
Temporary Note #12, and interest on same 892.79

Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is
hereby authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the
City Manager upon the City Treasurer for the payment of the
claims mentioned in Section One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
