ORDINAME NO. 4106
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain
claims.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2180.22 be and the same is here-
by appropriated out of the Storm Sewer Fund in the City Treasury in
payment of the following claims:
The Farmers National Bank
Temporary Note #4, and interest on sameP 1036.75
Temporary Note #7, and interest on same 818.07
Temporary Note #11, and interest on same 325.40
Total 2180.40
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the pa7ment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take ef`ect and be in force
from and after its passage.
