AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation for the payment of certain claims.
i BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of $2243.85 be and the same is hereby
appropriated out of the Storm Sewer Fund in the City Treasury in pay-
ment of the following claims:
The National Bank of America
Temporary Note #3, and interest on same $ 1854.75
Temporary Note #5, and interest on same 389.10
Total -- - - - - - - - - 2243.85
Section 2. That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby
authorized to issue a warrant countersigned by the City Manager upon
the City Treasurer for the payment of the claims mentioned in Section
One (1) of this ordinance.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
qnd after its passage.
